Here is a picture of me on a steep part of the Black Forest Trail in PA during 2006. Justin and Jake, my two older brothers easily ran to the top. They had their backpacks on, which I could hardly pick up. When we were half way up, they yelled down that they had found a wood frog. I chased it around for awhile and finally I caught it.
